Gotcha. Seems like a waste of money though to get abs and air ride just to get rid of the AVS.

When I ordered the truck it was not an option to get custom builds so I had to take what I could get lol. I also hoped the ride would have been better with the avs

In case anyone is wondering, the Westcott preload collar including the shim (front 2") and having the stock rear arms maxed out makes the truck exactly level.

Mine after Westcott Designs 2" + 1" AVS with air suspension. One inch higher in the back and perfectly balanced side to side. Had to realign my headlights down quite a bit. Also, first attempt at alignment left me with a harsh ride. Jeff Westcott called me personally after I reached out for assistance. I was able to put him on the speaker phone with the alignment tech. Even though they changed the alignment just a little, it made a huge improvement on ride quality. I'm happy.

I had the Westcott front 2" put in yesterday. I am trying to decide if I want to use the Westcott rear arms for the lift in the back or if I want to use the readylift rear airbag spacer. Using the Westcott would certainly be cheaper, but I'm just not sure about forcing all that air into the bags. I talked to Jeff at Westcott at one point and even though the install video shows them maxing them out, he said they don't recommend maxing the levers out, especially if you ever load the bed up with weight. Basically if you have them maxed out and put too much weight in the bed the bags could blow. That sort of scared me away from the levers.

Where did you set the levers? Top, bottom, halfway?

I did my levers. I had the front installed yesterday. The only issue I have is that I can't get the rear left and right to be the same. They passenger side is always 1/4 to 1/2+ higher.

Just spoke to the guy who installed my kit. He said he set the arms in the middle. Hope this helps.

Anyone else have issues with their rear being off side to side? Sometimes seems like 1/4 inch which I can live with, but other times it's a whole inch.

Mine is 1 inch difference side to side. Really driving me nuts. Going into the dealer Tuesday for unrelated issues and I'm going to have them check it out. Your not able to individually adjust the sides according to tech docs even though there is a separate sensor for each side. I think the dealer has to do it with a programmer or I have a bad sensor on the truck...

Have you tried varying adjustment positions only on one side, say the tank side? Just thinking out loud

Yeah mine is usually an inch as well. Let me know what they say. I took mine in last week for unrelated and asked the same, for them to look. I am going to take it back this week as I don't think they understood what I was asking. They need to plug it into tech stream and actually go into the settings, not just plug it in and see if there are any codes.

Hey yeah I've tried that. They told me last week to measure it with a full tank of gas cause mine was empty when I took it in. It didn't make a difference. Also, it should not make a difference since it is auto leveling, it should auto adjust for when one side is heavier than the other.

I tried putting the driver side maxed out and the passenger side at the minimum height (stock arms) and the passenger is still an inch higher. For mine it is like the passenger side is the only one doing the lifting.

Yes i did try that. It only changes the ride total ride height not the difference between each side. According to the tech docs there is no way to manually adjust the height difference between each side beacuase they are linked together. I also found out there is suppose to be no more than .39" difference in height from left to right side. It's something that the dealer has to calibrate with "techstream" or whatever its called

I was hoping it would work for you. I guess I'm lucky that mine worked out. Good luck and hope someone jumps on this thread with a solution.

I know I had to do a series of lowering the truck bags all the way down then all the way up and then neutral position. I know I had to do something like that to make mine level out

I have an unused 3" readylift kit for way cheaper than retail if anyone is interested. I going with 2" instead.

Put it in What have you done to your Tundra today also. But wanted to put it here as this is where I did a bunch of reading/research before pulling the trigger.

Added a 2” Front and rear lift to my 2023 Limited Hybrid Crew with AVS. Now on 34” Nitto Recon Grapplers. Used the Readylift SST 2” lift for the rear, but replaced the shock rather than using shock extensions with an N3 from Rough Country. Added the N3 strut from Rough Country up front. Everything is an even 2” higher and has about 1” of rake. Rides same as factory as far as I can tell. I thinkit’s a nice proportion for these trucks.

My bad - not AVS - load leveling.

so you no longer have AVS since you placed the “adaptive variable suspension” strut?
