I prefer cement but a neighbor has army green. His is on 35s and has bumpers and all and looks way cooler than mine. Still prefer cement though.

Primer grey (Cement) is the best option!

All great insight! Really appreciate everyone’s comments and photos.

@Ceezurin, your comment about it being similar to black might be the tipping point for me to go Cement because I currently have a black Tacoma. Loved it the last 7 years but it’s parked outside and as my alias suggests I’m a busy dad so I don’t get to wash it nearly as much as I used to. It’s filthy most of the time. Anyone who’s owned a black truck knows there’s nothing like it when it’s clean but it’s so short lived.

I’m still not set but might lean towards cement. Something about AG though …

Quicksand is the forgotten color or maybe I just like baby poop shades /// AG over Cement .. last truck was silver sky and cement is too similar so personally enjoying the darker color shades.

I thought the Cement paint was a flat paint with clear over it. It’s a metallic paint with lots of depth.

Hey am I missing something? Tundra shouldn’t have a problem with 6k

I agree an HD would obviously do it better but

It doesn’t have a problem at all with 6k, but if it’s a super tongue-heavy trailer, it could put you over payload if you’re not using a WDH.

My thinking is, a 6500 lb trailer with a 12% tongue weight (780 lb) is not going to overload the 4150 lb rear axle if you’re using a properly set WDH that spreads that tongue weight to the truck’s front axle and the trailer axles. Post #11 here shows a good example of this.

I hear ya. I personally don’t care to much about the fact of being over payload. But it’s not enjoyable when you can feel you are in fact very much over payload and tongue heavy. If that makes sense.

If you plan on wheelin your truck in some tight trees and expect scratches, then Cement all day. Won't show as bad as it would with AG

can confirm. My AG looks amazing from about 10 feet away but up close the trees, cacti and bushes have really had their way with her and it shows. Much more so than when I had a white truck.

here is a pic I took that really shows how lighting drastically changes the green. Note my roof is black so thats not the AG.

MAN I love this color lol AG gets my vote

Replaced all parts with smoked mesquite, and L.E.D bright interior lights.
Sometime we should speak with honor and pride. Army Green vs Cement? Smoked Mesquite, all day!

I have an army green 21' trail edition and this the only vehicle I have been literally yelled at by drivers on the road with compliments, people love it. I downgraded to the SR5 vs the TRD off-road that year specifically for the colour. That being said CEMENT is underrated in person, pics don't do justice. Above comment mentions smoked mesquite, and IMO that is really the king of all colours..unfortunately only on the higher trims.
