Interesting. I didn't know this. Other manufacturers make you pick which model you have.
Thanks for the info. I'm considering the drive. Wife isn't stoked on the idea. We'll see how it plays out.

True, but sliders are all about the wheel-to-wheel protection, so that doesn’t change. I haven’t seen WKOR on a DC so not sure how big of a difference the bump out placement as a step would be in the real world.

Doesn’t look too bad. Most people (at least my kids do) snake their way into the back seat anyway holding onto door as a lift point so the door rarely actually fully opens. If oldguy could score them for $600 I’d 100% make the drive. But that’s just me

I say blow right through midland on the way there. Stop at the Alamo and call @AZBoatHauler when ready to start your self-guided tour. Once done, head to Buc-ee’s for some gas and refreshments. Pick up sliders on your way back through!

Best America roadtrip I’ve ever planned!

Check the build link in my signature.
    100% agree

Yeah - it's not like the front has a "step bump out" either. $600 and a little raptor-liner repair is a hell of a deal for those things.

$600 is a good deal (or a hella of deal), but when you factor $400 in gas that's basically the price of a new set minus shipping... :notsure:

Sorry, have to look at this from both sides of the fence...:crapstorm:

I'm more of pack my own cooler type. Boarshead deli meats, mustard, cucumbers red peppers on rye. Snack wise I'm all about nuts and dried fruits and pretzels. It's still a haul though once gas is factored in.

The bumper and winch make it more worth the trip. I had my wife offer $1200 for both the bumper and sliders. That puts me at $1600 for the combo deal fuel included. If this was in CO I'd already be on my way home.

Boars head spelled incorrectly. Nothing special here except my lack of proofreading.
