Fresh gear oil - I’d probably go 75-140 for extra protection with that load. I’d put fresh coolant in too. Use s4 (or less if needed) on down grade so you don’t overheat the brakes.

I guess you're not familiar with the first million mile Tundra that was used for hot shot duty? I believe it routinely had up to 2600 lbs or something like that in the bed.

My biggest concern is cross winds as 90% will be flat open interstate. Even that shouldn't be too bad, it's pretty compact.
It will be about 4 inches lower in the bed for travel.

I've removed probably 100 lbs of that worth of water storage and decreased propane capacity. AGM battery probably makes a difference. 1450 is probably about right

Ha, scale it and you’ll find it’s probably closer to that 1600# mark. You’re over payload for sure (by as much as 450# depending on your trim level), potentially over GVWR and rear axle ratings as well. And the weight is up high making for a poor center of gravity. I wouldn’t send it. Probably wouldn’t drive it anywhere faster than 55mph. And wouldn’t drive it much.

Ya, I don't really plan on moving it too much but when I do it'll be covering some distance. I think between what I've taken out of the truck, out of the camper, and my VERY minimal gear we'll all be surprised by the weight. I'm not going to put it on a scale until it's packed and racked and full tanks of gas. Weigh her at her fattest. Lol
