Magnusson SC 5.7 tundra developed 2 small leaks up top of radiator
This CSF 7031 is the large upgraded one and only 5 yrs old- warranty is 2 :(

Can anyone recommend a better radiator w this large of cooling capacity for the Magnusson setup? I don't want to drop 500$ again on something that should last at least 10yrs

The radiator can probably be fixed if you can find a race shop.

Personally I would just go with an OEM one.

I've been running OEM one since being supercharged in 2012 with no issues.

I've said it before I'll say it again. All those aftermarket ones have issues. OEM is the answer.

Stock one couldn't keep up w the tune as it was getting hotter w oem rad. Runs cool w the csf but it now has a leak.

    Even Magnusson recommended the csf

Have you tried using Toyota red coolant not the pre mix? Higher radiator cap 18psi? Lower enginge thermostat?
I run my little Maggie 1900 at 10-12 psi pretty consistently with pops to 14psi and at times 6300rpm shifts with no engine overheating.
Most SC'd tundras with aftermarket hpt tuned have no engine over heat issues.

Something sounds wrong about that, unless your supercharger is heavily modified, then something else is probably at play to make the truck overheat and the CSF is just a band aid fix and covering up the issue.

Regardless, if you want to stick with aftermarket talk to a radiator repair place or get one of the other aftermarket options like the Mishimoto. Or get a custom mounting setup and run a Griffin 3" or something.

Only when towing heavy loads it will get hot... never when running around or stomping the gas for fun.

Somethings up with your system then... Many running that blower or more boost with no cooling issues.

Could be too much timing, or an air pocket in the coolant passage. Make sure you're properly topped off. If you have a custom tune, maybe talk to your tuner to see if they added timing somewhere and maybe dialing it back?

FWIW, no issues with my CSF radiator for the past 4 years...knock on wood.

Cools great my bullydog has it around 199-204 a avg..... jumps to 210 if towing or hilly

I'm happy with the csf cooling however I'm not sold on its longevity as the first one failed prematurely imo

That’s about what I see for coolant temps towing heavy in the summer with the Whipple at 70 mph. Stock radiator. I guess I should note stock tire size (in an LT flavor) and gearing as well, but heavy truck even without the trailer.
