Hi All, I’m Brett, joined today, got tips here before. I live in DeSoto near Dallas, TX, via Houston, Jersey, NYC. I humbly follow Jesus, married a Bajan Christian, 2 adult girls, 1 teen grand girl, native NYC & LI, retired from BT 23y+ Jan 2023, returned to contracting, Toyota lover (Highlanders).

Oct 2024 got a 2014 Tundra Crewmax TSS, clean, ~145k mi, bedliner, bigger wheels, mud mats, crew bench storage, $17k, great seller (Tom / ZT Auto Financial via Car Gurus). Added the Deckd 2 drawer system, folding tailgate ladder, and Extang’s Endure Toneau 4 fold full bed exposure able to carry a 500 pound spread load. It’s helping me work better!

    Glad to be here; thanks & blessings - Bret ><> 214-810-5101 m

I love it! At 66 going on 67, hopping on and off tailgates is not fun, until this. Will send a pic, but it has 3 extensible “flat” steps, can swing up out of the way of the shelves, or swing straight back or to the side. I mounted it on the passenger side. It just fits between the Deckd drawers and the tailgate. $70 / Amazon - AA Products Tailgate Ladder... https://www.amazon.com/dp/B09Y1RGF9Y?ref=ppx_pop_mob_ap_share

    Bless!

Sweet, thanks. If I never fall off my tailgate again it'll be too soon.

In the pic I’ll send, I added a padlock, to prevent tampering, or movement with the tailgate down. My install still allows access to the driver side Deckd drawer.

Might be too big for my purpose, maybe it can be folded up against the door?
