Hmmm....Etsy ad says the caps are aluminum. Will take a magnet to them and confirm.

    Magnet no sticky.
These particular caps from Etsy (linked in a previous post) are indeed solid aluminum. No steel thread inserts either.
Still going to lightly anti-seize them, cuz why not?

Anyone know what the actual torque should be for upper control arms? For the long bolt? I’m seeing some say 135lbs and some saying 175lbs? I have a limited 23 hybrid with icon tubular uca’s. The icon instructions says to torque to factory specs. But I’m seeing conflicting numbers. Any help would be appreciated

steering knuckle nut (to the UCA) is 92 ft lbs (125 Nm), UCA nut torque (for the long bolt) is 136 ft lbs (175 Nm).

Anyone know the parts number or a photo of the diagram for the tailgate camera plug connector covers? Dealer is being a dork.

I bought one of these when they had it discounted, and let me say I essentially wasted $60. It fits in the space fine and looks nice and stock, but if you have a bulkier case it won't charge. The biggest issue is your phone will get way too hot from the combination of the usual extra heat generated by wireless charging and the sun coming through the windshield. The phone can get even hotter if your using wireless Android Auto.

Just minor stuff. For example, Undercover bed cover, Tufskinz custom door sill protectors, and TRD air filters.
I’d like to add an auto up to my 2022 Limited TRDOR.

Anyone have the elevate rack system from realtruck? https://realtruck.com/p/elevate-rac...X7LmNkdBih3A7Pj7_3AAf9a1UkYIEpaEaAmcbEALw_wcB
I think I am going to get it in a couple months. The roll up cover with the t-slots has been pushed to Jan availablity and I really don't need it until spring. Solves a 13' kayak hauling problem for me when I am traveling with the bed filled with stuff and I really don't want to lug the thing over the roof.

I've got the Elevate rails and have used for hauling paddleboards over the summer.
I like the T-slot system on the top and bottom of the rails. Simple and easy to assemble and adjust.

Hi Guys… Not sure if this is the correct place to ask. I have a 2023 Tundra SR5 with a 5.5’ bed. I was wondering if anyone knows the actual lengths of the Xtrusion Overland pieces for their XTR3 bed rack. I am trying to build my own and sourcing the parts but want to keep it as close to the original as possible. Here’s a link for the one I am trying to recreate: https://xtrusion-overland.com/collections/xtr3-build-your-own-bed-racks I believe that is a user on this forum and I’m subscribed to his yt channel :)

With the carlinkit, do you need the Toyota WiFi to make it work?

I have the Carlinkit as well t box uhd.
It works but I have a couple issues with it. 1-when you sort the apps and disconnect the box from the usb it doesn’t remember the sorting.
2- when you switch from the Tbox to the iPhone CarPlay it disconnects the wifi hotspot on your phone

I had a window mounted dashcam but never loved how it looked. I have one of these for my Rav4 and it looks OEM and barely there so I grabbed one for my truck. My guilty pleasure is watching dashcam crash videos on YT btw.

The Install took like 20 minutes and it uses the mirror/TSS power at the top of the windshield, super easy. To me it looks more OEM than the OEM unit and cheaper

I've been considering this exact same dashcam. How do you like it so far?

Finally tucked in the bedrug. I had simply dropped it in the bed and I got tired of not having the bed lights or tow hooks exposed. Took a while trimming and taking off/putting back on all the tracks, lights and outlet but it looks so nice and clean now

I do have a cover but the carpet is supposed to handle the elements just fine although I wouldn't want to put it through that. The foam backing this has is amazing and so easy on your knees and back when you're in there. Used my bed tent on Monday and it was so comfy in there.

Tint and wheels. Decked box in the bed. S and B Cold Air filters under the hood. Shiftpower throttle response controller.
I got a two drawer Decked unit for my 23 Hybrid Limited. Fits great. It is a generic rectangular main unit with panels that snap along to the sides that are custom designed for the vehicle. It fits great, the drawer is water-proof, and really handy. It is a challenge getting used to a shallow bed but overall I am happy with it. I can lock my tools in the bed and leave them there. No more cluttering up the back seat.
Like I said, the drawers are water-proof. It has removable panels along the side for storage of anything that doesn't require being kept dry.

Most of the unit is that really thick, strong, fibrous plastic? I don't know what it is called.

Once it was installed I realized that the top of it was slicker than greased owl shit so I needed a bed mat. Well, they wanted $499 for their custom mat. I took the bed mat from my 2019, did a little measuring and marking, and cut it to size with my oscillating tool. I did have to bolt it down to the cover since it turned into a sail in the car wash. It would go flying during dry time despite weighing about 50-60#

I got it at Decked.com. It is a quality product.

The brakes system on the hybrid is exactly the same as the gas truck.
