Just bought a 2025 Tundra and love it but I noticed that the driver side mirror whistles when I drive at highway speeds. This is driving me nuts as the faster you go the louder the whistle gets. Starts at whistling at 45/50 miles an hour. If i fold my mirror in the whistle goes away. Took it into the shop and they said the could hear the whistle as well but there is nothing wrong with the mirror. Said they are going to have to go back and forth with Toyota to figure out a solution. Anyone else have this issue? Looks like the was a common issue with the 2014 to 2021 but though it would have been rectified by now with the new versions.

I mean I can hear a little wind noise but I don't see that any different from the other trucks I have had....
But also, I'm coming from the Land Cruiser which had the roof rack which is loud as hell on the highway so anything is quiet to me

Just bought my first one last month. I started hearing the whistling noise (Sounds like the video game Killer Frequency) coming from my driver-side mirror, saw this forum and other stating the same with various fixes. But, nothing from the dealer was able to fix it until now. I just went to my dealer about the noise, they test drove it, spent about 2 hours doing that, used about an 1/8 of gas doing it. They came back with, there is now a service bulletin for 2024-2025 Tundras and there is a kit(on back order ofc) called something like the "wind noise kit" for both mirrors, it looks like it includes replacing the mirror. But do contact your dealer and ask about this.

Funny how Toyo managed to engineer the same noise from 2nd gens into the 3rd.....
