cool, but were not talking about Michelins...were talking about Falkens....so in this case, 22k is more than average

Toyota fan bois that defend any complaint about their Gen3s sure are strong in this thread.

Believe me Gen 3 Tundras coming from the factory with crap tires and having issues with alignment ignored by dealers (until the TSB) is actually low on the list of folks steering (pun intended) clear of buying these.

Jesus why do all the threads default to this? For fucks sake nobody is defending or happy about this kind of shit OEM's do, nobody was like man I'm so happy Toyota decided to throw shit tires and a crappy alignment from the factory, literally the message is the tires are shit and this is what you can expect with this shit tire.....we know we know we know you don't want a 3ed gen and never will because the 2nd gens are far superior, we get it already. 2nd gen fan bois or 3ed gen fan bois, who gives a shit :bananadance::bananadead::duel:

Did you not read this thread? Many are saying this is normal. Apparently they don't mind overpaying for a poor product.

I do want a 3rd Gen or maybe 4th Gen (after what is going on now) Tundra just not an overpriced poorly produced one. I actually figured Toyota would be better at developing quality long lasting small displacement turbo motors than Ford and Chevy based on their history but it appears they haven't. I do give Toyota credit for beginning the process of making this right. It will take a few model years of high mileage Tundras with normal maintenance to prove the issues have been fixed before I pick up a new one or save some money and get a pavement princess.

All these young bucks in here throwing a panty fit over which gen is better. Stick around longer, it gets better. This is a place of therapy and letting your frustrations out over buying an over priced POS. This place also makes you spend money. Ask me how I know.

So genuine question here what should we start each and every single reply with then? Something along the lines of "What toyota is doing is bullshit and this shouldn't be ok, but what option do we have other than buy something else and Toyota won't change their muti-billion dollar business based on my wants and needs and with that out of the way here is what to expect...."

Will that help people to not be Toyota Fan Bois's? Do we need to state the obvious over and over and over.....wait a minute I see the pattern! Never mind you got that part covered, so carry on.

Just because its a fact doesn't mean we're accepting it as "Normal", it just is what it is.

Oh all gens are great and personally I would never say one is better than the other, they literally are all good depending on who you are and what you want to do with your truck.

Just wish the random 2nd ger'er popping into the third gen forum would at least get creative and diss on my taste in accessories , or insult me personally.....ya know forum stuff!!! Ya know get creative...

My Dad has a 1st gen with 275k miles on it and it runs like its new and its an awesome truck. He also loves my 3ed gen and has never wanted a 2ed gen....different strokes for different folks.

Yes these forums exist to help separate your money from your bank account.

Don't attack the OP for bringing up a legitimate concern. Would you like to be treated like he was? Look at many of the responses belittling him for bringing up the issue here.

This isn't like folks lifting their trucks, putting heavy skid plates and giant tires and complain about lower than advertised gas mileage. Reread what he posted.

That looks more like a camber issue rather than toe-in to me.

I bet its a heavy dose of incorrect specs for both camber and toe, good lord thats bad. I have not read through the whole thread but hopefully OP gets the alignment fixed or it will happen on the next set of tires too.

Brought my TRD Pro to the Dealership at 15,000 miles with the Tire Replacement Warranty letter. They said my Tires 'do not meet the criteria to be replaced'. When I was scheduling my 20,000 mile appointment I noticed the Dealership Advisor had "Recommended Tire Replacement" at 15,000 miles but said nothing to me at 15,000 miles. I took a picture and showed the Dealership when I brough it in showing them that they had recommended Tires be replaced at 15,000 miles so how did that not meet the requirements??? Just kept repeating to me 'sorry, my manager and I agree with you but Toyota Corporate keeps giving them the stiff arm and that I should call Customer Service. I'll take it from reading this that Toyota playing games and not standing by the shit tires.....sorry man...yes Toyota customer service no longer seams to give a shit.

Or just fix yo stuff out of pocket then sue them in small claims court, costs as little as 160-200 bucks and they will respond.

    Toytec Boss coilover, Ray10’s ,Ridge Grapplers,Bilstein 5100,BAM 8”,TRD sway,
Bought my 2022 Tundra 1794 in April with 15K miles. Two Bridgestones had already been replaced and the two remaining were getting down there. So my first mod was to get all four tires matching. So I bought Ridgegrapplers one size larger. I contacted Toyota about this since it was still under warranty. They said they would do nothing because I was not original owner. Bridgestone said the same. I paid 56K before taxes and fees and window sticker was $74K. So I was good with the price. Some nice options came with truck like automatic side and rear steps and air suspension in the rear. Getting a new engine because of recall. I hope it’s at 100K! Good luck. D

I feel your pain but honestly those stock tires are 3/4 tread compared to real wildpeaks and 22 k is about all they are good for.they were put on to help w epa mileage stats and of course save toyota money. I tossed mine at 5 k and bought real wildpeaks
