Is it possible to upgrade the digital cluster in a 2023 Limited Tundra?

Here’s the deal: my neighbor has a 2024 Limited Tundra with fewer options than my 2023, yet he has a 12.3-inch digital cluster, while mine has a half-baked analog-digital mix. I actually like his cluster, and it makes me dislike the one in my truck even more. Is it possible to retrofit the 2024 cluster into my 2023 Tundra if I purchase it from a dealership (or on eBay)?

Money isn’t an issue as long as it costs under $3k. And no, I don’t want to sell mine and get a newer one because that would cost me around $20k in the end—after factoring in the cost of reinstalling all the upgrades I already have on my truck, plus the price difference between a 2025 and my 2023.

 

Also if there are any aftermarket options let me know, I upgraded to digital cluster on 2008 bmw x5 without issues.
