I'm installing an auxiliary switch that will run from my house battery in my bed to a dc/dc charger that is installed behind my rear seats. I need to run two 1/0 cables out of the cab one that I will run into the bed and one I will run under the chassis through the engine bay and to the battery. Anybody have any ideas for this? So far I'm thinking about drilling a couple holes and throwing in cable glands.

Driver’s front corner just behind and below the cargo tie down points.

Did you just lay it in or did you fasten it to the bed?
Did you use FRP board for the cabinets?

1/2” birch is bolted to nutserts in the steel subframe.

Cabinets are 10 series extrusion for the framing and 1/4” ECM for the paneling

installed threaded inserts into the subfloor so I can easily unbolt the cabinets if needed

Sounds like our thinking was pretty much syncing. Thanks to Ton for your help. I'll drop a link to my build when I get it going. Installing some of the electrics today.

Oops, I thought I posted more pictures of the floor system. I welded up a steel subframe that raises the birch subfloor up 1/2” making room for 1/2 foam insulation under the wood. The frame is mounted to the bed using the existing bed bolts. I added two extra nutserts for good measure.

This looks great man I'm going to see what I can do. My thoughts were to try and keep it as light as possible using 8th-in Birch. I was going to fill the slats with quarter inch Marine decking strips and put the Birch on top of it with more marine deck on top. How much weight do you think the substructure added?
