Been thinking about this: Hate it here in the middle W. Valley. We got nothin' but a stinky... "River runs through it". Essentially have to drive an hour plus to get anywhere you'd wanna be. Keep thinkin' about moving to the pan-handle WA / ID / MT... Have uncles near I-90... Need to crash there soonest!

Going to be a fun time in Skykomish tomorrow, about 24” in 36 hours, then sub 10f next week haha. 6f predicted low so far. Still will have shorts on.

Yeah, time to hunker down with a big pile of wood for the fireplace and a warm beverage.

Sure wish the lowlands was going to get hit. Sounds like we will get just enough to freak out the donks.

    I’m
Well, this is getting serious. I tend to ignore weather forecasts beyond 3 days, but this is within my concern time window. My daughter and hub cancelled their trip across the mountains due to the weather yesterday. I went out and got some more ethanol free gas for my ATV, as I use it as my snow plow.
What weather site is this image from? Thx.

Windy.com! Best site I know of for seeing specific location forecasts and be able to switch between the European and GFS models among others. Only downside is you have to pay to see longer forecasts. For windstorms this website is by far the most accurate. Looks like it will be a cold week coming up! I imagine the soccer moms will be raiding Safeway in a few hours.

I don’t think we were driving north to see the granddaughter today. It would be a short time there if the radar forecast for later today is correct. We did not have snow forecast for last night.
A good 1 inch wet snow.

It's just been a shart here...although I did drive to Blaine and back and got a good hit of snow around Lake Samish.

Use these for forecasting tuna fishing trips:

One more I forgot (this one is important for seeing the 'big picture'):

Put them all together in one Bookmark Directory and flop back & forth. Works great.

Im more in the foothills nearer to Monroe, the elevation difference is pretty stark vs. going down to Monroe or Duvall (they’re pretty much sea level in the valleys). Makes for some fun drives on our unmaintained roads haha.

Seems like the Puget Sound area got unexpectedly big snow today! School was canceled again and not sure where my driveway is anymore lol. Supposed to get alot more tonight including the lowlands which will be awesome.

Haha had to pull out the Fedex truck today! I feel bad since our drive way is quite long and I didn’t plow it. Tundra working as intended. The irony is this was for a single Target box (I've been waiting on some new tires for a week so got super excited, but not today haha).

Check the build link in my signature.
    Damn
We’re usually buried when threats like this come through but I’ve only seen a skiff or two.
Granted I was out of town early this week when we got about an inch, but it’s been pretty much nothing here.

We have not received much snow around here but these 10 degree mornings are killing my old bones. Just ordered the Start X remote start since the truck is outside. My timing stinks as by the time it gets here temps will be back up.
