Wanted to share an update on this....

After several weeks notice that I would submit a chargeback, and his continued "assurances", I ultimately disputed the charge through PayPal.

Almost immediately, he sent me a profane email complaining about the chargeback. After realizing that he had time to still build the exhaust before I was refunded, he sent a follow-up email stating that it would be sent out shortly. After several weeks, I received tracking information and - several days later - the exhaust showed up. I was able to cancel the chargeback, so it worked out in the end.

While I am very disappointed in the way that Casey conducts himself and wholeheartedly urge others not to purchase his products or send money to him, I do admit that the welding on the exhaust is top quality. It was packaged reasonably well and wrapped to prevent scratching. The muffler was polished, and everything was the correct dimensions.

Install was fairly easy - my truck has just enough ground clearance that I was able to slide under it without having to jack it up or put it up ramps. The collet-end of the TWC exhaust was a little too tight to slide over the OEM pipe, so I used some pliers and gently expanded the wings to open the hole - fit great, and the ring clamp cinched everything down tight. Pulling the pipe - between the muffler and exhaust tip - sucked, and I had to make an additional cut to maneuver it out from the installed position.

I am undecided if I like how it sounds - it is pretty loud, with a lot of interior cabin noise and resonance. Still waiting to see the effects on MPG. The good news is that putting my stock muffler back on won't be too hard, although annoying, and I can continue to use the rear dump.

I had mine on for 2 weeks and put the stock muffler back on. I used a coupler clamp from Amazon. Was easy to throw back on.

Do you have hemholtz resonator installed? Is it just too loud or got the annoying resonance inside cabin?

I do have the resonator installed.

I'm not sure, and I am not sure that I am qualified to tell the difference. I can definitively say that it is louder than I prefer, but not deafening. It is not very loud at idle, but definitely noticeable about 1500 RPM and higher. The pitch is low, almost like a very loud, persistent hum

I have some quality sound sampling equipment, and will record a couple clips in the coming days. I know computer audio isn't the best.

That's drone at cruising speeds. Call Keith @dirtydeeds and he can set you up with a couple resonators like he did for me.

    Good info, thanks.

I'm not convinced that I dislike it that much yet, I only have ~20 miles on it and 0 highway. I might just switch to a DirtyDeeds exhaust and sell this, or put stock back on.

I prefer to support businesses with better customer service skills.

When you find it won't let you talk on the phone, you'll either ditch it or get the resonators. Ask me how I know

A few muffler shops like putting the hemholtz units before the muffler. It doesn't kill the drone. It's the reason Keith @dirtydeeds places them after the muffler. Give him a call as he loves talking tundra's and will give you some options.

How has nobody beat this guy’s ass yet?

Y’all are still installing his product after he lied, lied some more, lied a few more times, then throws a tantrum when you contest him?

I tried to give the fella the benefit of the doubt for a while, because we can be pretty quick to join the cancel culture as soon as our feelings get a little hurt. My optimism was shown to be misplaced.

This guy has no business having a business.

I’m giving it a year before I consider it a loss. I’d hate to jump on something else and it magically shows up.

I saw your previous post(s) after you had installed, noting volume louder than you would have liked.
Between that same potential issue for me and shipping from California, I'm out for now. But thanks for the heads up.
