Is the form insert already cut out for it?
I'm thinking to get a Pilcian style box to store some of the tools I have.

The Apache boxes from Harbor Freight are built pretty good. I have a few of the smaller 3800 Apache cases as well as a few larger Pelican cases, for the price the Apache is hard to beat. I've bought all my Apache cases on sale for around $20-25 each.

For the foam you can buy sheets of Kaizen foam and cut them to fit your case or you can buy them pre-cut to fit so all you have to do is cut the opening for things you want to store. Kaizen Source sells different configurations for several case manufacturers.
