    Hello all,

trying to put a 4 plug trailer harness on my truck. Went and bought the Curt’s wire harness to plug and play and it doesn’t quite work. Been trying to troll through these threads to find a wiring diagram for the truck so I can cut and re wire them direct. I know there is some issue with no brake wire coming all the way back, and was wondering if anyone knows the combo for the greens at the rear bumper T wire bunch. There is green with black line, green with yellow line, straight green, etc. I know something with that has to go to the yellow and brown for the blinkers. Any help would be super handy. Been test touching wires and have running lights, along with 4-ways, but can’t figure out the blinkers/brake.
    Thanks ahead of time.

A flat four has ground, running lights, right stop and left stop. This works for vehicles that use the same bulb filament as turn signals. Vehicles with a separate turn signal, i.e., amber lenses are required to use a converter box between the vehicle and the trailer.
I know this doesn't answer your question directly but may help you understand your problems.

Shouldn't matter but which Curt harness plug did you get ?

As for the colors you mention, I believe you're referring to the wires at the trailer converter mounted left rear corner of bed ?

The circled conductors in below pic are heading from converter to trailer socket. I would be checking at trailer socket for proper voltage and reaction when exercising, running lights/blinkers, back-up, tail etc and then tap into trailer wiring accordingly.

    Thanks for the reply’s.

These are the greens I’m talking about. But not sure if they are aftermarket BS the previous owners put in

we got current to some of the wires as we tried the blinkers, but trying to see what the truck is for the brake lights.

Have you tried your brakes while checking the turn signal wires?
