09 Tundra with JBL sound system upgrades

Hello Everyone!
So I’m wanting to upgrade my sound system and I’m finding out this JBL system is a hassle to deal with unless I want to completely build an all new system... I have a complete alpine system I’d like to put in it but I was told it won’t work, without buying some kind of interface to tie into the amp? Also with the alpine head unit I have a alpine power pack which is a plug and play 4 channel amp that plugs right into the deck, I was told I would not be able to use this either. Any suggestion or experiences would be greatly appreciated while I try to figure out what I’m gonna do. The JBL system is weak, I’m actually very surprised Toyota would choose this set up for a truck of this caliber. Thanks for any input.

 

Crutchfield is a great resource. They can provide harnesses that facilitate the installs. I would contact them with your Alpine info.
