    Hey everyone.

I am trying to figure out what I need to replace my belt.

I just realized that I was supposed to replace the belt at 60k??? I read that on another forum. I’m not sure.

    What all do I need?

    The belt only?
Dayco Drive Rite 5080950DR Serpentine Belt

Or the belt and the belt tensioner?
Dayco Drive Rite 5080950DR Serpentine Belt

    Dayco 89378 Belt Tensioner

Or the belt, belt tensioner and a idler pulley?
Dayco Drive Rite 5080950DR Serpentine Belt

    Dayco 89378 Belt Tensioner

    Dayco 89502 Idler/Tensioner Pulley

    Im at 225k miles.

I replaced the belt at 100k and 200k. The belt still looked good(no fraying or cracked ribs)with 100k on it both times. Used OEM belt both times.

Haven't replaced the idler or tensioner yet.

I had to replace the tensioner assembly at 78K because it was making a squeaking noise, but to my surprise, the belt was in pretty good condition. OEM is Dayco. Here was the part number from mine. Not sure if the TRD Pro uses a different one, this is from a Limited.

I would not replace the tensioner unless I had reason to believe it was going bad.

Edit: looks like the part number is superseded by 16620-0S012, so 012 vs 011.
