I’m trying to install the 12 volt solutions remote start system on my truck. I’ve got everything plugged up, but having issues programming the module. LED 1 is supposed to turn green but stays red. Not sure if anyone has any knowledge on this system and can help. Thanks!

I ran into the same issue with my 2017 Toyota Prius. I called them on the number provided in the package and we ran through a few scenarios and eventually it was determined that the module I had was defective. They sent me a whole new remote start system and will be hooking it up this weekend. Hopefully it works this time.

Okay I got in touch with 12 volt solutions and they have update their harness, so now you have to by pass a connector and that did the trick. Thanks!

what connector did you bypass? my truck will not start even after taking the entire kit back out. No blown fuses and the battery is fine. My truck won't even turn on at all

Double check bcm connector and the connector under steering wheel. One may have backed out if it was clipped in all the way, if they both are clipped in double check no pins got bent.

Did u ever figure out what the issue was?. I'm having the exact same issue with my truck right now. I tried to remove everything and the truck won't start. Car beeps when I put the key in, but it won't crank and none of the acc. stuff comes on. Any tips? I checked the connectors and they all appear good. Very weird.

Turns out while removing the unit, I actually blew 2 fuses under the hood. 30amp and 50amp. After replacing those everything went back to normal. Just make sure you remove the ground from the battery prior to doing any electrical work. Even though this is all plug and play. Better safe than sorry. I got lazy
