Ive read some posts that state there can be excessive vibration from the mirror glass on the 1a auto tow mirrors. Can anyone comment on whether this is on the Tundra mirrors only, or has it also been noticed on the GM style mirrors too?

Anyone know if 1a auto has addressed this issue and not happening anymore?

    Thanks for any help

I got some from 1A Auto. I can say that vibration is about the same as my factory mirrors I took off. What i had an issue with is the fit, my passenger side mirror was off the body so much I put some clear caulk on it so water wouldn't get in. You can't notice it unless you really look but its frustrating. I had the same issue with the 08 tow mirrors i bought from them for my F250, I'll probably upgrade to some factory ones in the summer and sell these on craigslist. I emailed 1AAuto about the issue and they sent me a 50 gift card.....

Thanks for that info. Definitely not hoinh with 1a auto. I really like the GM style mirrors better than Toyotas. Wondering if anyone has purchased the GM style mirrors from Legacy Auto Accessories or Top Gear Auto Sport and can comment on the quality?
