In Canada we get the very cheap looking 18" TRD black and silver rims on our Limited with TRD package, i was wondering if the center caps for the 20" black and red were the same size and could be a direct swap ?

Can anyone with black / red TRD rims measure the center cap ? Is it ~3.25" like the silver ones ?Toyota-Tundra-2022-41.jpg 2022-Toyota-Tundra-TRD-Wheels-B-Image_o.jpg

    Thats great ...Thanks !

3 1/4" is pretty much exactly the same as what i got measuring the silver / black cap. Now i just need to figure out the part number for them and hope they are in stock somewhere.

Any easy ways to take these off? Is taking wheel off required? I’m opposite of you guys, I have the 20inch TRD wheels and want the silver power T.

Yes sir. Will use the 18s as winters, the 20-inch TRD off roads in the pic above for summer, with Cooper Discoverer AT3 XLT, 275/65.
Getting them mounted in a couple weeks. Waiting on TPMS monitors.

Nice...if you dont mind me asking where did you order the rims from ? Is the price comparable to aftermarket rims ?

I've been trying to find a set of Bronze rims to go with my Army Green TRD but cant find the set i want...
Gonna try swapping out the center caps for now and see how the stocks look...

Bronze would look hot with Army, though the ones you pictured are 17 inch, I think. 17s leave too little room with the caliper. Someone here already has the green / bronze combo.

The gold "heritage" TRD are 18" and look good.

Ordered my 20s from Elmhurst Toyota in Chicago and had them shipped.
    Not cheap.

I have seen a few Army Green Tacoma and Tundra with bronze/gold wheels on the street here in Texas and I really like the color combination.

Man…those ‘heritage’ are $480 per wheel? Didn’t realize they were so pricey

Certain 17s don’t fit. I was originally going that route but the two wheels I wanted the manufacturer said they would not fit.

Yes…I myself am back to 18’s for this same reason as I couldn’t guarantee a fit in the color choices/combo I wanted and didn’t want to be a test mule when the cost would’ve been on me.

I’m also interested and following. Personally I don’t mind the 18” stock rims but I would also like to replace the centre caps with the red TRD ones. I’m hoping when all is said and done, my truck with be a nice combination of white, black and red. Please keep us updated.

TRD caps fit better than the stock black/chrome on the boring 18s. Snaps right in.

thank you, would you mind linking or sharing where you got those from. That’s exactly what I’m looking to do. How was the removal of the stock caps?

sorry, looks like you already posted a pic of the part number. Where did you order from? I’m in Canada and sourcing parts has been difficult so far.

Elmhurst Toyota. $100 US for all four. Trim tool or tiny flat head to remove old, snap in new.

Canada parts ordering is bizarre. Been told numerous times by counter sales that a part for my 60 is unavailable, only to find it online in USA or Japan and have it delivered to my house for $15-$25 in five days. (Now that border testing is being dropped April 1, we can also go get them in USA). Was the same for my Tundra wheels: parts couldn't even find the number I gave them.

Looks like the red ring TRD caps are disappearing, but some places in USA still showing. Google part number, add to cart, paypal.

Saw these 17" wheels for you, too, they might work, just get them powder coated bronze, though myself I'd be hesitant about 17s. You could also powder your current 18s. Pretty sure you can order the 20" Sport, or non-OR Limited wheels in Canada — the two are the same except the Ltd has chrome on the outer edge. Sport wheel below.

Well just tried the order again this time through Elmhurst...hope this one works.

Tried the parts counter at my local Toyota dealership and they were no help at all, even with the part # in hand they told me the part doesn't exist. Walked out to the lot and saw a 2021 4 runner TRD with the same cap and took a picture of the cap and wheel of the suv , then they told me that unless i owned a TRD Pro and could produce a vin# they couldn't sell me the caps...

Exactly what I mean. Totally bizarre.
Lost opportunity to take make a sale and some money. Not as if you can't get a VIN.

is there any way you could look at the part number for your TRD centre caps? Another member posted the part number for the one with the red ring but i like the look of yours.

Has anyone fit these on platinum rims? How does it looks since the plat wheels are greyish and the caps are black? I just dont like the regular Toyota caps on the plat wheels.
