2000 Air Conditioner Control failure

    2000 Toyota Tundra
    Hello everyone,I have an issue with a 2000 Sequoia Air Conditioner.
    It's strange, I can start the vehicle and I can make one adjust ment to ether the fan speed or the tempeture setting when using the air conditioner. After that the controls don't do anything, no response at all. If I turn the vehicle off and start it again, I can adjust the fan or the temp just once. At that point the controls don't work again until I turn off and restart the engine .I'm suspicious the the control board that controls the air conditioner could have an issue. But I'm not sure where to begin without throwing parts at it. Any Thoughts?
