Just picked up a 2002 SR5 standard cab long box 4x4. I've always loved these trucks with the exception of the "nose dive." Looking to level the front only and leave the rear stock. In the past I've used the spacer type leveling kit and ended up with front end component issues so I'd like to avoid this method. Looking for recommendations on suspension lifts and/or if others have seen issues with front end components with this method also. Any advice is appreciated.

I found a set of TRD Off-road front coils for mine, they bumped the front end up and the LEER top, Line-X and gear I keep in/on the bed keep it level. It rides nice and smooth set up this way with Bilstein 4600 series shocks and Michelin tires.

That's an awesome idea, thanks for the tip. Truck looks really sharp too!

    Thank you!

The rear still sits noticeably higher without the cap, so adding the height adjustable Bilstein shocks up front in conjunction with those coil springs would probably be ideal. I have not done this because the current set-up floats over speed bumps, and I wouldn't want to change that.

It still sits considerably better than mine currently does, I don't mind a little rake, but stock is too much for my liking.

Sweet looking ride! How many miles on it?
I agree about the factory rake... I lowered the rear on my '07 for that very reason because it was jacked up high, and the short wheel base made it look really high.

I have a full set of fender well trim like those in storage, I'll reinstall them when I retire the truck from work to pleasure.

    Check out the on facebook.

She has 144k on her. Based on the condition I think it was grandpas truck and he didn’t drive it much. Few little dents here and there, but overall the body and interior are really clean.
