My neighbor had 1 of his 2 cats stolen on his 2003 Toyota Sequoia. He was going to get donate the vehicle. I have a place in Mexico and was going to buy it from him and take the other cat off. Mexico does not require cats on their vehicles. My question is will the vehicle run ok with out both cats? I'm sure the check engine light will be on. Is there a way to eliminate the check engine light? I understand these cats are very expensive and probably not worth getting a replacement. Thanks in advance for your input.

Not that expensive look online and yes one option is to remove the bulb. Other than that it will be expensive.
