Had to change the shifter column base for my 2004 Tundra. Since I'm no mechanic, ended up taking appart the steering wheel cover( upper and lower) as well as the lower driver side dash panel. Installed the steering colunm base fine, put everything back together and now, no radio. Saw a lot of videos about the fuses and all that but nothing seems to work and it was working fine before my little project. Any suggestions. Thanks in advance.

    Welcome.

Pop them covers back off and make sure you didn't fohget a plug somewhere. There is a radio fuse in the fuse box under the hood as well IIRC btw.

Check all the radio fuses in the cabin and under the hood.

Do your windows and door locks work?

@Mrcolonpr I looked on my 2006, and noticed in the fuse box next to the battery in the engine bay, there's a 25A fuse that says "RADIO". Yours may be the same. If that blew, your radio probably won't work.
