I found a video (link below) changing/checking the transmission fluid in the '05 Sequoia. It is a very clear and well done video. I think the procedure would likely be identical to the Tundra. The most interesting part was seeing the technician put the transmission into what he called "temperature check mode" by using a jumper on the OBDII connector and moving the shift lever repeatedly between neutral and drive. Has anyone else used this procedure on the Tundra? I think a common alternative is to bring the transmission up to temperature by monitoring the AT temp via OBDII, but I haven't been able to find the recommended transmission fluid check temperature for the 2005/2006 Tundra. If anyone can confirm the check temperature range it would be much appreciated.

Update: I finally located another thread that has the service manual temperature range and other good information here: https://www.tundras.com/threads/2006-transmission-drain-fill.68123/
