I looked at the forum and there was a video showing how to change the ribbon seal on the drivers door, it had a link for parts but that only took me to Facebook. The forum talked about the parts costing like $29 but when I look it up it’s more like $159-200 per seal? The part number I believe is 757200c010 and that’s pretty pricy for a bit of rubber and such. If anyone has a better idea of how to get it for less or if you think I’ve looked up the wrong part-please chime in? Thanks

    Welcome....

Price sounds about right....paid $160 for the surround weather strip on my 2004 back in the spring from McGeorge. More than 1/2 the colored vinyl ? had come off...too much sun on that side got to it before I tinted driver window I suppose !

That part # you mention comes back as the Door Window Belt weatherstrip. If you are indeed talking about the surround weather-strip, it should be 62311-0C030 for your year and trim. The last 2 digits signify what color, so you would need to pick the color from the choices. The one I link to below, the B0 signifies charcoal.

The part I need is flat against the top of the door and glass and your arm would rest on it if you had the window open, it only runs from the front to the back and seals the glass at the bottom only.

Probably best to post a pic. with an arrow pointing to the piece you're talking about.
In your 1st post I thought i knew what you were talking about, but your second post confused me, others may feel the same way.

That's the correct number for the part you want. For some reason (I assume limited run) the DC belt moulding is expensive compared to the other models. If you look around you can get it for closer to $125+shipping.

I paid 300 for OEM, replaced all 4 pieces of belt molding. Expensive but looks great.

I tried taking mine off but it's not coming off as easy as I thought it should. Stopped before I break something.

How bad is yours? Is the seal against the glass intact? I'm going to cut away the peeling black coating from the metal(That's a lot of damage!), mask off the seal and spray it with some Flex Seal.

Found an older thread addressing this and my own questions.
    https://www.tundras.com/threads/window-trim-pieces.87645/#post-2203790

Anyway, got mine off, ripped the flaking black off, sanded the metal and the remaining rubber down. Decided to throw a fresh coat of rubber over everything.

I used Flex Seal. This is the texture it left a few minutes after spraying. As it stands now, I would not recommend using Flex Seal to re-coat these.
I'm sure in 24 hours of cure time, it won't look any better. Still better than it was. And if I can't stand it, I can always buy a new one.

So this is the part with the purple arrow pointing to it, the part that went bad is the little round edge that goes against the glass. It was ripped half off one day when I went out, no idea how or why but I tore it the rest of way off so it didn’t beat the door while I drove.
