I see, so the sensor is integrated in the throttle body itself. If I understand right, that mean if I need to change the sensor I will have to replace the whole throttle body that comes with the sensor.

I guess so.. what are you trying to do exactly? these are new type of TPS..electronic controlled instead of manual control that use to happen till around year 2000. So if you want to clean the throttle body then u can do that by taking it out as shown in the link. The electronic part should not go bad.. else I am 99% sure it will throw a error code for you to replace it.

My Tundra has been acting weird lately, poor acceleration. When I stop at stop sign or lower my speed and then press on gas, the RPM goes up accordingly but he car takes few seconds to respond.

So that could be a lot of things.. fuel pump, FI, TPS, MAF, Transmission, I mean a lot of things.. I think it is best to get it checked by getting a OBD Scan tool and see what your live data is telling you. Throwing parts at this issue isn't going to cut it..

Have you tried cleaning the MAF sensor and throttle body?

Actually I have cleaned both, throttle body was not even dirty but did the cleaning just to make sure it’s checked out. But no improvement with the lagging/hesitation issue. Really frustrating

Did you ever get help? I would recommend you change your PCV valve. It's like $10-$15 cost. More likely it has clogged up.

Hello iguanacrocs , I have changed the transmission oil but it didn’t solve the issue, I’ll definitely try changing the PCV valve and see if that could help. Thanks for the tip.

I am confident that will resolve your issue. I experienced the same problem a month ago. I replaced the PCV valve and now it accelerates smoothly.
