I finally got my 2020 TRD sequoia grill installed on my 2008 pyrite mica (brown) TRD tundra today after picking the grill up from the body shop...

Hi I was wondering if it was hard to install the trd grill on a 2008 sequoia?

Easy to swap out on a sequoia. I did it on my 2008 tundra and I had to switch out brackets so took me 2 hours. I could do it in one hour now. Sparksparts.com can help answer more questions specific to your sequoia but I’m sure it would be easier than retrofitting the tundra.

Love the grill! Any idea if the whole thing can be swapped from a new sequoia, headlights, grille and all, to a second gen tundra? Though while I’m looking for a dedicated thread on this, I’ve found a crap ton of other products I HAVE to have now ‍♀️

I'm looking to do this grill upgrade but looks like the part that I'm finding does not have the top trim. Is this a piece I need to buy seperate? Screenshot_20220125-161955_Chrome.jpg

Yes, I’m reviving an old thread. :annoyed:

Waston, was there a lot of fabrication required to do this swap, or was it fairly simplistic? Anything you can offer to help out would be great. Thanks in advance!

3" OME lift w/ UCAs. ARE overland shell w/ ARE roof rack. 34" Falken Wildpeaks. ARB awning. Road shower. Wilco Offroad Hitchgate Solo High Clearance. LED lighting upgrades. Lockerdown console safe. Weathertech floormats. Duluth deluxe rear seat cover to go under the offroad approved car seats.... :P
It's a separate part number for the top piece. It's about another $60 if I remember correctly. Also, I think its a drop down menu option to order it on Sparks with the grille.

I have a 2008 Toyota Sequoia SR5 and have been meaning to upgrade the grill and headlights. Would this grill and headlights work on 2008 Toyota Sequoia SR5? And can you please share the part details?

New to this forum and just got a 2008 tundra RCSB SR5 with 60k miles for $17,500 from a buddy of mine. Looking at doing this grill conversion but it seems like sparks dosen’t sell the parts anymore. Anyone know where I can get them? TIA

Did you need the brackets too? Where did you get them if you did need them?

Anyone know a good source for the grill now? I spent all weekend looking at 27 pages of the post from 2020 on this conversion, but now looks like they are either discontinued or not for sale?? I really like the look of this, and would really update my '07! Thanks in advance, guys!!

P.S. Did find this, but only a few reviews...
