If in northern state that salts the roads check under side frame for rust. Some of these have severe frame rust.
If 4.6L it has a timing belt, costly maintenance item to consider.
    Good luck!

Check all the switches, check 4wd works, check for rust, make sure it drives normally... There's not really any weak spots to specifically check for in a Tundra. That's all I did when I bought my 2008 a few years ago

When I bought my 08 I made sure to look for; frame rust, cam tower leaks, check all electrical stuff and 4hi and 4lo, avoid flex fuel, and the normal used car stuff.

I got a Limited Crewmax 4x4 and am very happy. Since I was buying used it was tough to find one that had the options that I wanted. I was really wanting a Double-Cab for the extra bed length but just couldn’t find one like I wanted.

I have an 08 DC Limited. Greatest vehicle I have ever owned by a long shot. Still going strong after 13 years and 207k. Drives better than most new cars. Here are all the non-maintenance items it's had (though most you would expect to have to replace at some point):

35k - water pump replaced under warranty. Replacement still going strong
75k - air injection pump and valves replaced under warranty
124k - alternator failed and replaced
132k - horn failed and replaced
143k - radiator replaced due to minor leak
188k - driver side cats replaced due to rattling honeycomb. Never even had an engine light!
205k - center carrier bearing and u-joints replaced due to minor vibration at speed

This truck has regularly pulled 6,000lb trailers through the mountains of Colorado and maxed out the towing with heavy hay and cattle trailers.

I had a Chevy Suburban that had a list three times that long at half the mileage and years.

Buy it if it has been well maintained. You won't regret it.
