2010 tundra rust question

    Ok I'm looking to buy my first tundra and havent actually gone to look at the truck yet because its an hour away I did ask the dealer for some pictures of the under carriage because I know some of the tundra are known for rust so I'm gonna post some pictures and see of there is anything that anyone see that should be worried about heres the stats on the truck
    2010 tundra 4.6 l 4x4 142000 miles

    Mine looks about the same, if you are looking at a used Tundra be sure to check the bed for rust, they rust from the inside out in the front corners and around the wheel wells, there is nothing you can do to stop it. Check for cam tower leaks and also if the AIP has been replaced, the warranty on it is 10 years or 150k miles, my 2010 AIP failed at 10 years 5 weeks with 68k miles and Toyota said sorry nothing we can do to help you.

    looks about right. +1 on checking inside the bed especially if it has the plastic bed liner.
    check AIP and check cam tower leak if any.

    I have a 2008, thats not too bad but, I also got a Recall or some kind of form from Toyota stating that if I take it to a Toyota Dealer they will replace the frame. I have another year to wait but, I will probably get it done.The dealership has to make the call on how bad it is though so not sure.
