My 2012 Headlight lens are extremely bad, I have done several recommendations to help but they are at the point of needing replacing. Would like LED but not sure if there is a LED replacement assembly that doesn't require additional wiring. If there is a true LED replacement assembly that doesn't require additional wiring, I will buy and install. Otherwise I need to buy headlight assembly. Any suggestions, where is best place to buy either?
    Thanks
    Robert

I had good experience with an ebay seller called vipmotoz who had a range of different headlights . I bought the headlights and tail lights from them to update the look of my truck.Their prices are much lower than quoted here so might be worth a look.Service was quick.

How long have you been using the vipmotoz lights? Are you in a damp area?

I have had the light installed for about 4 months now and so far so good.Seasonally there is a lot of rain and no misting or leaks so far but it is quite early. If you do the price comparison their packages...headlights and tail lights usually have some decent options. The tail lights were a 5 minute install.Headlights longer but not complicated.

I believe the lights Vipmotoz and Akkon are selling are all from the same manufacturer (Spyder). They're just vendors selling products from the same manufacturer.

I wouldn't be surprised if Alpharex and Morimoto use the same manufacturer for their housing. The only difference being the use of their own propriety lighting.

I just installed the Alpharex Nova Series and Akkon (Spyder) tail lights. We just had rain here in Socal, and more is expected. So let's see if any condensation builds or water leaks into the housing. In hindsight, I should probably remove the headlights and reinforce the seal instead of risking the chance. Hmm...

Since you have to remove the lens from the housing to do a HID upgrade you would think some company would make a replacement lens. Mine need replacing but so far I haven't bothered.
