2012 Tundra mirror problem

Noticed that the mirror was shaking while driving and upon inspection the folding joint is completely oxidised and I can lift it up like pictured.
Any idea if this is fixable to have manually folding mirror again (never used it much).
Or should I just screw it on? (it is so oxidised that I doubt any glue will hold it)
