Yesterday my rear window worked. Today it does not. I relocated my JL Audio bass adjustment knob and pulled the panel on the right side of steering. I did not touch anything on left side where the power window switch is located. I did have kick panel off. With all that said, I have power at the switch and can hear a relay click in fuse box when I push switch. Attached is pic of wires behind kick panel. Wondering if I maybe pinched something when putting back together. Thoughts on where to start?

Did you check the fuses? Check power at the window to make sure it’s not the motor? I’ve had that panel off a lot and never had this issue. It doesn’t look like you pinched any wires, so maybe check that all the connectors are tight. Did you run the wire through the rubber grommet in the firewall? If so, how did you cut the hole?

Any idea which fuse? I see none labeled for rear window. 18542C43-F16D-43DF-91F8-1D647FEB8501.jpg7E5BDFCC-1F36-4E6B-ADF6-7EDF1546A35F.jpg

What about the fuse box inside the truck under the steering wheel area? It has a diagram on the lid too.

They all look fine. I guess I’ll just wait till I have some more time to pull that backseat out and look at the motor. Appreciate the guidance

I never use that back window. I'm afraid it might fart out in the OPEN position. Wish I could help you.

I chased down the problem as the motor after tapping it a few times and getting it to move. I ordered a replacement motor and it came with the regulator attached. Instead of just popping the motor off and sticking it on, I got he brilliant idea to try and swap the regulator out as well. Now I have ran into a problem. When I disconnected the connector to the side slides the cable came unwrapped. I cannot for the life of me get this thing rewound. Anyone done this? It’s the cables running around the white roller

Holy crap that was a pia. For anyone that needs to deal with this in the future, I offer this. Wind the cable back in the white roller leaving the cable off one of the lower guide rollers. Use needle nose pliers and screwdriver to reinstall in a twisting motion using the notch in the roller. I used this video as reference... Although cheesy, it worked.

Also, it has to be out on a table, I do not see any way this could be done in the truck.
