2015 tundra A/C heater blend door

2015 Tundra SR5 4x4
5.7 flex fuel
I’m trying to replace the heater blend door. I need a part number and location. The truck has two actuators on the drivers side, one on top of each other. I don’t want to shell out 400+ dollars buying both doors. Has anyone had to replace this item? When I turn the thermostat knob to heat it still blows very cold air. I’ve checked the coolant level, the hoses coming in/out of the heater core, both were warm, checked fuses…… any ideas any experience, any help appreciated. Thank you
