I'm finally replacing my front struts to level my truck. I've watched different videos which all say to loosen different things. Besides the 4 top bolts and the 1 bottom bolt, what else needs to be loosened /detached to get the old strut out and new one in? Thank you in advance.

Outer tie rod from knuckle, lower ball joint from knuckle, sway bar end link, and maybe loosen the inner bolt on the lower control arm so it swings down to give you space to remove the strut. You're going to want to get an alignment afterwards anyway.
