2018 Tundra 4x4 XP 8' dog truck suspension upgrades?

Been a big yota fan since I inherited my grandads 2002 standard cab longbed tundra with 3.4v6 automatic back in 2017.
I mounted a 6 hole dog box to it full time, (i train bird dogs for a living). Box is heavyyy with storage for gear, fans etc..then add 6 dogs! To compensate I added a add a leaf to the rear pack and hellwig helper springs. Truck sits at factory ride height now, with slight rake because the front suspension is bone stock. Rides well. I've driven the piss out this truck and it has never given me a problem, dont even have a check engine light on at 170kmiles.

Been wanting to upgrade so and I found a 2018 Tundra XP 4x4 longbed with the 5.7 automatic with 130k miles and I scooped it up. Plan on switching the box over to this platform. I thought about adding the icon rxt spring pack with add in leaf kit to dial in the rear and either hellwigs or RAS to dial in the rear on this 2.5 gen..thoughts?? Also wanna upgrade the rear shocks, what do yall suggest? Overall I'm looking for factory ride height on the rear.

Also I want to level the front end with the factory ride height rear, thinking either full on adjustable coil spring set. If going that route which kit is best right now? And do I need to go ahead and replace the upper control arms? Read somewhere with lift in the front with these trucks, you have to replace the control arms to get the tires to wear evenly..? Also, thoughts pros and cons of doing bilstein 5100s or 6112s? How does these bilsteins work, do you just replace the new shock onto the factory OEM coil spring? Is there a place to just order the TRD PRO front coilovers and rear shocks? Sorry so many questions, I'm knew to these tundra suspensions..

On the exterior I want to factory match the cement paint on the hood bulge, grill surround and bumper endcaps, basically de-chrome it. Is there a place online that sells these parts already painted so I can just order and install them?
Also I'm gonna go with the AGP trd pro replica 18" rims with some type of 32-33" all terrain tires all the way around.
