2020 Tundra with BSM and RCTA malfunction light on that will not go away.

I have a 2020 Tundra limited with stock BSM and RCTA, from one day to another they stopped working and have removed the battery to try to reset them and it did nothing. Any ideas please! Does anyone one which fuses pertain to BSM and RCTA?

I just installed puddle lights in my side view mirrors and now I’m getting a BSM/RCTA malfunction error too. Looks like a trip to the dealership is in my future.

 

FWIW, I disconnected the battery for 20 minutes and reconnected. Faults disappeared.

 

They aren’t specifically tied to fuses. The system uses the two radar units tucked into the rear bumper (one in each corner) to communicate via CANBUS to each other and to the main CANBUS system back to the instrument cluster.
Faults in the system could come from a faulty (or damaged, or rodent chewed) wire in the rear bumper between the two units, from the “master” unit (passenger side) back along the frame into the engine bay passenger side and then into the CANBUS system, or even the mirror indicator lights from the instrument cluster.
