2021 5.7 Non Flex, Fuel pump issue and recall

    I have a 2021 5.7 Non Flex Fuel engine. I have 83k miles on it. Over the last few weeks as its gotten colder, noticed a slight delay towards the end of the ignition sequence, like it was slower in sound. Now the last few mornings it's not starting at all the first time, the 2nd time no issues at all. Had battery checked, it was indeed bad so replaced it hoping that fixed it and it did not. Looked up a couple of videos on YouTube with same issue, appears to be a fuel pump. Problem is I have a 2021 and the VIN doesn't show mine is part of that. I also saw some folks on here and Reddit say their VIN wasn't in the recall and outside of warranty but Toyota/dealership still replaced it. Anyone have knowledge of this, would they replace the fuel pump in that case?
