2021 JBL - 5-CH Amp + Mono Amp / Subwoofer added

Originally I was looking to add a DSR1, however I decided to go another route and use a Kenwood XR-600-6DSP Amplifer paied with a Mestro AR to retain the factory radio.

And then using a Rockford Power 750 (T750X1bd) paired with a Rockford 10" Ported Subwoofer (T1S-1X10P)

System sounds great and works perfectly. Next upgrade will to replace all the door and tweeter speakers.

 

When I looked at Amp-Pro their mapping wasn't done for the 2020 or 2021 so this may not be an option either.

 

I was looking for another unit last week, and ended up googling the internet to death. None of the retailers online have em in stock. I ended up coming across an ad for one on another forum (jeep forum actually) and got lucky..dude was somewhat local too.

Alternatives...ebay...

Decided to take that money and just put it into a new HU.

 

How’s that sub sound? Looks like a nice alternative to the JL pre loaded box. Hopefully it fits well with the rear seat?

 

Subwoofer hits really good and sounds great. Fits behind the seat, very snug but it fits.
