    2021 Toyota Tundra limited nightshade
Hello everyone, new to this thread. I just purchased the 2021 tundra crewmax limited nightshade edition. I am looking for the classic black running boards, I bought a pair through my local Toyota dealership but the box says they’re for d-cab. I called them and they said that’s what my vin number says are for my truck. When I google the part number it comes up with double cab. I called another toyota dealership and they said Toyota hasn’t released them for 21 crewmax yet and the one I have is only for double cab. I have seen on this forum people with 19, and 20 tundras with the ones I’m looking for. Wondering if anyone can help with a part number or if the ones I have will fit. Thanks anything is helpful. Part number is PT925-34183

Hi, I went rounds on this as well. Is this what you're looking for?IMG_0847.jpgIf so, I can dig up my receipt and get you the part number. These are the classic black running boards. I like how they fit up tight.

Yes those look to be the exact ones I am looking for. If you have a part number that would be awesome.

Just pulled my invoice...you'll be happy to know they are the same part number as what you showed. I don't remember the details, but the accessories guy at the dealer said they'd be right and they are. They fit the cab perfectly and look/function great.IMG_0875.jpg

Awesome! Thank you very much. This has been bugging me for a couple days haha. One dealership is telling me they’re the right ones and the other dealership telling me they don’t even make them yet. I appreciate you answering me as well. Love your setup with the camper as well. Best of luck!

Hey Guys, I am a brand new Tundra owner; just picked up my 2021 Crew Max and I too ordered these running boards after much confusion with my dealer. My dealer insisted they were for the double-cab but an online dealer verified fit with my VIN so I ordered from the online dealer and received them this past weekend. They look like they fit but unfortunately the box was ripped open and the hardware bag fell out in shipment so I can't install them yet.:(
So thank you for confirming these will work!

Great discussion. I have a slight different question. I recently purchased my 2021 Tundra CrewMax Pro to take my kids out to the dunes, off road, and to go have adventures. We have had a few great adventures so far. This weekend, we went to an OHV park and the high hard sand on the track more or less destroyed the factory “steps” because they were simply too low. (Yes, I know I need to work on ground clearance now — tires, etc, etc.)

Is anyone taking their Crew Max Pro off road, and are there any strong/sturdy replacements (or perhaps retracting) recommendations?
