New to the site...just picked up 2022 trd double cab. Rained last week and when I open the drivers door I had a good puddle of water on floor mat. Sprayed the hose on the roof and it started leaking at the grab handle. Truck was parked slightly downhill and it does have a sun roof. Drain tubes seem unobstructed. Any thoughts...maybe issue with sunroof pan? Really can't believe I have to deal with this...170 miles on truck. Anybody else dealing with the same, any remedy. Thanks

First off...welcome to the forum. I'm sorry this had to be your first post.

I hate to be one of those "use the search function" people, but in your case I would recommend it. There are several threads of people experiencing the same problem. I believe, most/many/some of them have been told by their dealers that it's a defect in the sunroof pan. The sunroof pan has seams that are heat welded, as I recall from a post, and they've found that in some cases the seam is not fully sealed. Those folks have had their sunroof pans replaced under warranty.

Unless you park under tree that's constant dropping debris on your roof, it's very unlikely you have a drain tube obstruction with only 170 miles on the ODO.

I have a 2022 SR5 2 weeks old no sunroof and when it rained I got a leak on driver side handle. Dealer thinks it is the windshield but they wanted to monitor before they have to remove a new windshield. It rained today and got the same drip on handle. Not sure where it is coming from.

Dealer found the leak to the driverside grab handle was from the upper left windshield. They are replacing with new seal. Time will tell if that is the issue.

How long will it take them to do the replacement?

They replaced immediately once issue identified.

I just bought a 22 and found the driver's side floor wet. pulled carpet and padding. did some water testing to find a there is a "trough" that leads from the hood hinge area. it comes down on a 45 degree angle and has multiple rubber plugs in it. pulled the plugs and water gushed out. force air from a compressor through and assume the passage was blocked with junk. pulled the grab handle and dry up there. hope this helps someone out there
