Ordered TRD CV Axles over five months ago and they finally arrived at my local Toyota dealer. These axles are MUCH heavier than the stock axles that came on my Platinum. Now to install themIMG_4320.jpg IMG_4321.jpg IMG_4322.jpg IMG_4141.jpg .

I'm confused here, you say they are much heavier but they haven't been installed yet so you don't have the stock ones in hand.

The Toyota dealer had stock axles and the counter guy is the one that mentioned the difference in weight. He brought a stock one out to compare. The TRD axle is not only heavier but also longer and thicker.
