    Hello Everyone,

I just got a 2024 Toyota Tundra 1794 with the TRD Off Road package. My first truck after many years eyeballing a Tundra. Very happy with the selection.

There are a couple mods I was hoping to get feedback on (opinions, spots to do the work, feedback, additional recommendations, etc):

    • Toyota TRD 3” lift kit
    • More aggressive A/T tires (thinking BFG K02)
    • Exhaust
    • Dark chrome
    • aFe intake system
    • TRD performance package (if available for aftermarket install)
    • TRD Pro grille (and lightbar)

Hope to get reccomendations from anyone that has installed some of these and if anyone knows good places in the LA area (I’m in SFV) to have this installed/ordered. Dealerships are 3 times more and not necessary.

    Thanks in advance

I love my Nokia Outpost nAT tires. Far superior to KO2……but in saying that, I have no idea what you tire criteria is. Do you haul heavy loads, tow big trailers, is snow a thing, etc etc

for me I don’t carry huge loads and if I do I huck it in my tandem cargo trailer. I need the snowflake as I run them year round. I did not want an E rated tire.

Tire criteria is pretty minimal to be honest. Snow maybe 3-4 times a year, mud maybe couple times a month (I work in construction), maybe actual off road 1-2 times a year, mostly will be paved roads.

I mainly like the look and ride.

We have identical trucks down to the running boards! I've already acquired all components for the heritage grille, light bar, and fender flares w/ marker lights, but am waiting until I actually have the lift and wheels/tires to necessitate all that.

The TRD lift kit is next on my list. Sourcing the parts is not too bad as you can get the full kit for <$3k at most retailers, including your dealer. The issue is installation... My local dealers have quoted me anywhere from 3k to 5k for the labor alone. I'm pretty confident I can pull this off on my own (minus the safety sense recalibration), but am debating if I'm willing to take the hit on losing the warranty on the lift kit.
