I bought my 22 1794 last year summer time and had my name down for the 1794 or TRD PRO. I wanted the Hybrid so i decided to keep my name down and a TRD PRO just came into allocation with an end of May production date. I have already added the TRD lift to my 1794 and added a few other items with more planned this spring, but I am now debating on switching to the TRD PRO or not. I really like my 6.5 bed and with the lift & tires the truck looks much better than it did stock.

Question for those that have the TRD PRO.
Do you have it lifted, if so how much and whose lift everything I see says TRD PRO is not compatible. 35s 1.jpg

First, let me say I've never owned a TRD Pro, but I think you'd be crazy to go from your current truck to a Pro. I'm presuming you'd lose money trading or selling then buying another new truck.

@DaAusie As the owner of a Pro, I think youll be just as happy where you are. The hybrid is nice, and probably the biggest gain you'd have for changing. I think the TRD lift looks great, has a better stance than the stock Pro. The Fox shocks with the Pro are better than the TRD lift bilsteins, along with the BBS rims, but the saddle leather interior of 1794 is the best.

All in all, stay where you are. Your truck looks great. Pro's have the cool factor, but lift options are currently limited unless I want to remove the fox shocks which as stated above are one of the best parts of the suspension.

I would second this. I have a 22 Pro. The suspension is great! Shocks are amazing. But there’s no lift option outside of a Westcott spacer lift (which I will never put on any truck of mine).

maybe hold out for the Trail Hunter when it comes out. It’s basically a Pro but with suspension designed for the overlanding/camper crowd. I think the Pro is designed for fast off-roading and not trails, per se.

Yep that is what i have found and i do not want to do a spacer list i appreciate the feed back and will more than likely pass on the Pro will talk with the dealer and move it over to the Trail Hunter when they have a release for it

Yeah keep what you have our Pros aren’t much crazier than your setup. Plus like someone else stated that awesome brown interior is nice!
