Hey Everyone, I'm new to the group and looking to do a lift and wheels/tires on my 2020 crewmax. I plan to run a 6" or 8" Readylift kit and run 35" tires. I'm looking for a good looking and performing road tire available in a 22" AT or hybrid AT/MT. Right now I'm looking at either Nitto Ridge Graps or Terra grap G2's which are both available in 35x12.5x22 or 325/50r22. Also considering Atturo XT's in 325/50r22 as a cheaper alternative. Just wanted to get you guys input or any other recommendations on this set up. Thanks!

    I have the 37 Atturo MT , 22x10
The Tires been good to me. Have a little over 40k on them. Look sharp and aggressive at a fraction of the cost compared to bigger name brands

Good to hear! Any experience with the Atturo XT at all? Not sure if I wan to run an MT since 99% of my driving is mainly on pavement.

Yep, the XT is their hybrid tire. How is the MT on pavement, typical MT? Noisy rougher ride? Or are they on the smoother/quieter side?

I actually like the new Atturo MTS as well because its available in a 35x13.5 size.

It’s the only MT tire ice ever had so I don’t have anything to compare it to, except regular AT tires and yes they are mouser then those. I don’t really put to much tonight on to how quiet the tire is or how much MPG I can get out of my truck. I know MT will be noisier then a AT and gas mileage is gonna suck with truck. It’ll help you sleep better at night to not worry about those things

You will get a smoother ride with smaller rims. Personally I would not go over 20. I wanted 18s on mine but I would have had to suffer with the crappy OEM OR tires instead of the BFG KO2s

I say do the 22’s looks bad ass as long as you’re doing a 35 or 37! Everyone has 17-20’s :benchpress:

I recently Installed some 22s on my truck. I also didn't want to break my bank so I went with some 35 12.5 22 AMP terrain attack tires they are a hybrid in there line. I like them so far.

My 5yr old likes them also ! They are quiet on the rd almost as good as my old ko2s20200530_140700.jpg

I agree to disagree I had 18s on my truck and now with 22s it ride so smooth over bumps. Although idk if having a long bed changes ride i do know I run at 50psi now compared to 45 with the 18x35s

one other thing OP I would stay with a 12 wide or less unless you want a stretched tire look. My side walls are straight up and down no budge at all with 12 wide on a 12.5 wide tire.
    Also my wheels are a -44 20200419_184203.jpg

I would definitely go Terra Grapplers if you can swing it financially. That’s my next purchase when my current setup needs to be replaced. I have a buddy that’s on his second set of Terra Grapplers on. 33X12.50R22 and he’s getting 80K out of them.

I’m currently on some Mickey thompson 33X12.5R22 tires that came with my wheels. I like them.

Looks great man!! I'm planning to run this same set up for the most part. 22x12 -44 with a 35x12.5 (or 325/50r22). I definitely don't want the stretched look.

Thanks ! I almost went with some 325. Kinda glad I stayed with 12.5 a 13 is a little to much trimming for me. Still did the bmc and got into the front plastic just cut a little and heated and molded

Good to know, I will probably stick with as close to a 35x12.5 as I can then. And I'm planning to go with an 8" lift to avoid as much cutting/trimming as possible.

To me this is like white letters in or out. Some prefer more sidewall and less rim and others the opposite. I prefer more sidewall. Rocks on ranch will eat rims.
