I have a 2025 Platinum with 500miles. It has the standard leather wrapped massaging seats. Any one else find the driver seat extremely uncomfortable? After every drive, it is a literal pain in the ass and feel like I have been sitting on a board. I have tried every seat adjustment possible. I did not know if the internal mechanics of the massaging seats created a harder surface. I like everything else about the truck just struggling with the seat comfort.

Everyone's butt is built differently, I guess.

I find the Gen 3 seats very comfortable. The seat extender is especially nice on long roadtrips for my long legs. I find I can drive my Gen 3 for much longer periods without getting leg and hip cramps, like I used to get with my previous Gen 2 and 2.5.

My 1794 doesn't have the massaging seats, though, so I don't know if that makes a difference.

My '24 Platinum's seat is very comfortable. If its that bad you might to have the dealer take a look at it.

When i first purchased my 2024 platinum i also found them extremely uncomfortable and narrow. I'm not a big guy, 6"- 190LB - fit.
After a couple of months i got used to it. The leg extension helps. Then when after 10.5 month toyota took it back i went to my 4runner with 245,000 miles of my but riding it and it felt like home. Now, last week i got 2025 platinum with massage seats. They feel the same as 2024 without massage. It felt uncomfortable for the first 100 miles. Now it is 300 miles on the odometer and feels OK again.
So, either your but will adjust to it or the seat will adjust to your but. Use massage option when you get tired. Helps a lot. on my first 100 miles run from the dealership, i turned it on twice for about 5 minutes each. Really good, love it

I will check out seat jackers, but currently they are out of stock for the Tundra 3rd gen. Thanks

The tundra is not the most comfy or the worst. I think it depends on the driver though.

My 2020 seats suck ass (pun intended). Got a quote of $650 from a local car interior guy, haven't pulled the trigger yet. I am looking for more butt side support.

It's true. I traded in my 23 Platinum for a 25' Platinum. Unlike my 23 which was a plush seat, this one is like sitting on a board. It must be the support frame used to house the massagers in the seat cushion that you are now sitting on. Bummer

My life experience with the seats on various cars and i drove quite a few in my life while you in Europe being a fleet manager for a big food company.
The most comfortable ones are French cars' seats, Citroen is the best. In America the best i had was 1990th Grand Caravan very comfortable leather seats, then Honda Odyssey high trim model of early 2000, leather seats were not bad. Then i moved to Toyota world and never had any comfortable seat. Everyone, including Lexus i had to get used to.

So, when buying Toyota, forget about comfort seats. BTW, i checked all Big 4 1/2 trucks, all high trim, non of them was really comfortable. Some better, some worst.

I found the seat to be a little uncomfortable at first, mainly on my left side. It was like the bolster made it too narrow or something. At this point (16k miles) that's gone and I find the seat VERY comfortable- much better than the 4 runner it replaced
