Does anybody have pictures or information of how much poke, if any, will end up with by going with 25mm offset and 285 65/18 BFG TA2 tires on a 2021 Platinum?

If you know the specs on your current wheels and tires you can use this: I'm currently running the stock 275/65R18s tires on +18 wheels and have ~1" poke. Given your tires are slightly wider but your wheels are tucked in a little bit more I suspect you will have just about the same poke or very close to it.

No problem. There is another more sophisticated calculator that allows you to plug in distances for all of various truck features like UPC, fender liner etc. It gives you a better idea if any parts will potentially rub.

Currently I had +25 offset on 17x9 wheels paired with 315/70r17 ko2. I had to do some mud flap trimming and a little bit of plastic trimming on the front bumper. It does touch a little bit on the front sway bars. I never rubbed on the body mount. But I just recently did the BMC. This was all on my King 2.5 set up at 2.75 inches of lift. I will be switching out the lift and going with 37s soon
