    Hello All,
I'm sorry if this question has already been answered, I just bought a 2016 Limited with the TRD Off Road package. It came with some nice PRO Comp wheels with 265/70 18 tires. (That I want to sell soon). I ran across some of the new model TRD wheels and want to put them on. I was reading that people have been putting 275/70 18's on stock wheels and stock suspension with no problems. Can anyone on here with this setup tell me if they have towed any thing heavy like a camper and or had any problems?

    Lots of shenanigans.
I have the 17 TRD PRO and am able to run 285/75/r18, unsure about the differences between the offroad. Hope this somewhat helps. There's a forum about what sizes you can fit. I'll try to find it for you

    YotaBro,
Have you towed anything Heavy with that wheel and tire setup? I'm planning a cross country camping trip this summer and would hate to find out that it rubs when I go to pick up the camper I'm renting?

I run 275/70-18s, stock OR rims and suspension. I do tow, no problems at all running 275/70s. The only consideration- moving to 275/70-18 means you will be moving from the stock standard load tires to E load. The E load tires do ride stiffer. But they also corner better and tow better. Here are a couple pics of this size on the truck

Nah, just put them on less than a week ago. Probs wouldn't be the best with such a large tire.

It looks like you have the front mud flaps on also, Some people said that they had to remove those with the 275/70 18's. Thanks for the info.

I had 275/70/18s in Nitto RG LTs. I tow. No issues no rub. I just lifted and sized up but get an E and you can tow with no issues. I have 285/75/18s now, they are OD 35”. Won’t fit stock rims or suspension. You will want +18-25 offset and a lift.

A question that I forgot to ask. Does anyone know if the 275/70-18 wheel will fit in same spare tire location?
