I just took off my 295/60r20 with the factory TSS wheels. I had them on for a couple thousand miles with no issues. Before I went full suspension replacement I was using a 3/1 spacer lift that the dealership threw in. No cutting was required I only had to remove the front mud flaps. I only replaced them cause I went to 35's with 17" Icon Rebounds.
