3000+ watts 12v inverter..... that is waterproof?

Looked across the web trying to find a 12 volt 3000 watt inverter that is at least IP65 rated. Do they even exist? I found very small water tight inverters, but nowhere even close to 3k watts. If anyone is aware of one of these, a link would be greatly appreciated! Thank you!
